What is a Webring?

Webrings are groups of websites that share a particular topic. The owner of a website can ask to be included in a particuar ring and then a Ringmaster decides if the website belongs in the group. Every website that's included in the ring will have a Ring Control on it like the ones below. Clicking "Next" or "Next Site" will bring you to the next website in the Ring, until you eventually work your way back to where you started.
