About Us
Sandridge Papillons is a small Papillon breeder located in Quincy, Illinois and
run by me, Bernadette Postle (Bernie).
As a small breeder, I focus more on creating a quality line of Papillons
than on turning out puppies. Because I produce only a few puppies each
year, I am very selective finding new homes for each of my puppies.
Potential buyers are asked to complete a
Buyers Application
prior to
purchasing a puppy.
I also help select the puppy right for you. With several years of experience
working with Papillons, I have found that matching the personality of
the dog to the need of the buyer produces happier dogs and happier dog
owners. So whether you're looking for a small dog you can cuddle with
or one with lots of energy or one you will enjoy showing, we'll help
you select a dog with a personality that meets your needs.
All my puppies are raised in my home and hand-cared for until they go
to their new homes. However, once they have new homes, I am always here
for them and their new families. I stay in contact with our puppies'
families to answer questions and provide support and information in
any way that I can.
At Sandridge, I am also excited about my latest addition, Durk, a Rhodesian
Ridgeback.
In short, being a small Papillon breeder allows me to create a fabulous,
close-knit family of Papillon-lovers, like me.
